INITIAL DISCOVERY
Our trusted relationship begins here. We get to know you—your lifestyle, priorities, pain points, and the outcomes you’re dreaming of—while you can learn a bit about us. At this stage, we discuss your intended project investment levels, desired timeline and implementation expectations to explore how we can best be of service. You’ll leave this phase with a clear project brief outlining goals, high‑level scope, and recommended next steps.
SPACE ASSESSMENT & CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
Using your actual floor plan measurements and photos of the space, we review your existing furniture and decor to determine what to keep, refresh or replace. At this stage, we provide a styling plan for approval to set the direction for your personalized sourcing recommendations. Based on an understanding of your personal design aesthetic, we present a curated design scheme that defines the style direction, color palette and inspiration for your styling project. Mood boards with inspiration images and key material, textile, and piece suggestions are curated to dial in the intended look and feel of your one of a kind space.
Using the approved concept, we carefully select and source items that give your space soul while feeling collected over time. Where bespoke pieces are part of your overall design, we work with specialized trades to ensure every detail is thoughtfully designed and crafted for your space. After you approve items for procurement, we manage procurement of all styling pieces and keep you in the loop on tracking and delivery updates.
SOURCING & PROCUREMENT
Whether you’re doing it yourself or we’re on-site to install your carefully curated accessories, textiles, and artwork on your behalf, we give you confidence your space is styled and arranged in a way that looks cohesive, balanced, and is ready for its debut.
